Terms of Service

When you create an account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information when connecting your email account.
• •Keep your login credentials secure and not share access to your ReplyCadet account with unauthorized individuals.
• •Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• •Ensure you have the authority to connect any email account you link to ReplyCadet (e.g., you are the account owner or have explicit authorization from the owner).

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use ReplyCadet to:

• •Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate the CAN-SPAM Act or equivalent anti-spam laws.
• •Send or generate content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• •Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party services.
• •Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you are violating these terms.

ReplyCadet uses artificial intelligence to generate draft email replies. These drafts are AI-generated suggestions based on the content of incoming emails and your knowledge base. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, misinterpretations, or inappropriate responses.

You are ultimately responsible for reviewing all AI-generated drafts before they are sent. We strongly recommend reviewing every draft, especially when the Service is new to your account and still learning your preferences.

ReplyCadet offers an optional auto-send feature. When enabled, emails classified as routine with an AI confidence score above a threshold you set may be sent automatically without manual review.

By enabling auto-send, you acknowledge and accept that:

• •Emails may be sent from your account without your manual review or approval for each individual message.
• •You accept full responsibility for all emails sent automatically from your account.
• •Auto-sent emails may occasionally contain errors or responses you would not have sent yourself.
• •You can disable auto-send at any time through your dashboard settings.

The ReplyCadet service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Dude Ventures Services LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of your email content, knowledge base data, and any other content you provide to the Service. By using ReplyCadet, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dude Ventures Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• •Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated email drafts or auto-sent replies.
• •Service interruptions, outages, or delays.
• •Loss of data or unauthorized access resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
• •Consequences of emails sent using the auto-send feature.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may stop using ReplyCadet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, with reasonable notice when possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
